How to make imli goli?Step 1: Start by soaking the tamarind in water.Step 2: After letting them soak, strain the excess water from the tamarind.Step 3: Take out the seeds and keep the imli pulp.Step 4: Add sugar to a preheated pan.Step 5: As the sugar begins to caramelise, pour the tamarind pulp over it.Step 6: Continuously mix the tamarind pulp with caramelised sugar.Step 7: Add chilli powder to this paste.
